Hiya
I am going out as a ships captain and am wanting to look good! All of the fancy dress style "costumes" are pretty poor so I am trying to find some replica stuff. I have found a decent cap and the white gloves and white trousers should be easy, but I really want a decent replica white jacket. I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.

Have you tried looking in military surplus stores? A lot of the time, ex military sell their stuff to them so will all be proper military stuff? Might be worth a look if you have one near
