Hello!
I have seen a few sellers who have responded to their buyers feedback, and I was wondering how this is done?
I sold a skirt the other day and the buyer left sarcastic comments about a seam coming undone, which I had no idea about!
I want to respond to the feedback, but I have no idea how! Any advice will be gratefully received.
Thanks all.

When you respond to feed back make sure your measured and factual. Dont get into a slanging match and dont do it in capitals. As it will make you look worse.
A short factual response shows buyers that you are the reasonable one.0 -
If they left you a positive, just let it go, and do not draw attention to it. Nobody really checks pages of positives anyway.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
