Hello friends,

After having insured with Talkcover and paying upfront (to save direct debit surcharge) I was disappointed to read about so many bad experiences with Talkcover and other 'cheap' internet mobile phone insurance providers.

So, to help those of us stuck with these providers to make successful claims (in the event of mishaps), can you please share your success/failure stories? Input from legal eagles welcome too!

Btw, in no way is this thread supposed to encourage false claims - it is to enlighten on what really is covered and what isn't - because lets be honest, the claims T&C's are so (purposely) vague they often lead you to make an invalid claim, which is the economic goal of these types of insurance companies!

Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!
