Help,
I am trying to open my itunes but all i get is a message saying itunes is not working, I have updated it to the latest version but to no avail, I am risking losing thousands of treasured songs & memories so please help

itunes doesnt affect the files
i assume you are talking about movies/photos?
i would be uninstalling and doing a fresh install personally0 -

You aren't at risk if iTunes is not loading, but you have got these thousands of treasured songs and memories backed up anyway haven't you, at least once?
All files are at risk of being lost in a crash or HD failure if not backed up.0 -
Your not at risk unless your Hard drive crashes / wipes. To find your itunes music in Windows go to - User/My Documents and Settings/ Music / iTunes - all your music is there by default. Reistall itunes, it will not delete your music. Backup never the less.0
