hi, we are a family of 25 (mum), 28 (dad) and 2 children (6 and 4).
my partner wants to go to college or do an apprentiship in plastering. we were wandering if anybody knew if he would be entitled to any help ie housing/council tax benefits, and/or anything else. he is currently on JSA (as our business just failed and we had to cease trading) and we get tax credits, also DLA as our son is disabled.
if anybody has any advice as to what we may be entitled to i would be most grateful, as the job centre seem to pass you on to other people, who in turn pass you back to the job centre!!
thanks very much, jules.
