2. Bupa Great North Run entry conditions form part of these terms and conditions.
3. This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain, Isle of Man and Channel Islands only, except employees of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Nova International and their families, agents and anyone associated with this promotion.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
8. Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.
9. The Northern Echo and Coca-Cola Great Britain will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in the competition.
10. Contestants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by the The Northern Echo and Coca-Cola Great Britain will be excluded from the competition.
11. Competition winners may be required to take part in, or co-operate with, publicity for both The Northern Echo and Coca-Cola Great Britain.
12. There are 20 first placed prizes of one place of entry to the Bupa Great North Run, on Sunday 20th September 2009.
13. Place cannot be re-sold under any circumstances.
14. No replacement or duplicate places will be issued
15. No ticket holder shall be entitled to re-admission on leaving the race.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. No cash alternative in whole or part to the prize will be offered.
18. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
19. Full details of the prize can be obtained by writing to The Northern Echo.
