Mortgage insurance

hi just wondering if anyone can answer my q - hubby and i have an insurance which pays our original mortgage mortgage amount if one of us dies.
i am wondering what would happen if we both die at the same time? does the ins co pay out as well?

    If you both die it still pays out as at least one of you is dead.
