Can you get a 'refer a friend' bonus for setting up an A&L ISA

My brother has setup an A&L ISA (he is not otherwise an A&L customer). Can I do the refer a friend thing to get us both £50? If not, and it requires a current account to be opened, were he to open one, can I refer him or, because he has an ISA, would he not be considered a new customer?

No. And the bonus is £25 now, not £50. However, there were posts that at the end of the online ISA application you are offeredt £50 sign-up bonus for opening a Premier account online. You can both get £25 extra then.
