already claimed bank charges but have more?

hi i am a hsbc customer and have already claimed bank charges some time ago and accepted an offer towards the total bank charges ( no way near what the total amount was!) but since then i have incurred ridiculous charges again sometimes as much as £150, i only have a £430 overdraft so obviously these charges take me over every time and im charged heavily for it.

is it possible to claim charges again?

no you don't have to mention a previous claim. Was the previous one before July 2007 or afterwards?

I too have received more bank charges. I recieved my last claim in Feb 2007, is it ok to re claim for the charges from them to the present day?
Do I send the letter requesting the 6 years bank statements?
