Home insurance - for empty house which is on market

Hi
I wonder if anyone can advise.
My mother has passed away and I need to sell her house. Meanwhile her insurance on the house will expire in about a month, so I need to look for new insurance. This only needs to be buildings insurance for now.
I tried confused.com and the options weren't quite right (had to select that I occupied the house, then that it was not my residence etc), so this firstly was not accurate enough, but then it came up that they could not provide a quote.
I know it must be possible to get insurance on an empty house - I just need to know if anyone can provide any companies that might do this? Any recommendations?
I anticipate a quick sale (realistic price), so hopefully won't need a full year policy etc.
I will approach the current insurer to see if they can provide a continuation, but they're called Insure4retirement, so I'm not sure if they will allow me to (my mother was over 60, but I'm not). The renewal annual premium is only £125 for buildings and contents, but obviously this may change due to the changes in cover.

Hi
I have just called my home insurers to change my insurance to cover an unoccupied house - apparantly my premium (approx £20 a month) does not change but I am not covered for malicious damage, theft and flooding... anyway I think you might have to call some insurers to get quotes as I couldn't find any details on any websites either - perhaps not a standard enough option.
Also, very sorry for your loss xxxLittleMissInDebt0
