capital one credit card claim

Hi all, need some advice again.
In june 07 I submitted a claim to cap 1 for £300 plus interset totaling £387.69.
In july 07 i issued a letter before action.
In july 07 cap 1 replied with an offer of £170, which I never excepted. In the letter it said i had 6 months to go to the fsa or it would consider the matter closed.
Having had personal problems at the time i never did anything about it, and as time went on all claims were put on hold due the the court case, not knowing that at the time it doesnt apply to credit card claims.
Is it now possible to either except the £170, make the original claim for £387.69 or have i mesed up by leaving it almost 2 years.
your views are welcome
cheers, fred

Generous of you lol.
I'd write starting your claim over completely tbh and forget the £170 offer - if they want to they can bring it up and you can say no ta I'll have the whole lot.LegalBeagles0
