Finally got it by going direct to the tfl site & ended up here:

- you need to scroll down the page to get to the part where you enter your details.

oh my gosh!
well when i 1st tried to get one of these guides, it kept showing the page could not be displayed so thought that my order haddent gone through, so i kept trying to make it work without much luck :-/ then this morning (i think my postman will REALLY hate me now) I had 14 of the blooming things dropped though my letter box
I was out at the time so the noise didnt make me jump or anything, but it was like walking back into a scene from harry potter where he keeps gettin these brown envelopes through the door!!! ::)
