3 Voice Mail Help

Hi,

My daughter has a contract with 3.

We changed the number on the 26th November.
The phone was upgraded on 19th January.

Since having a 3 contract for 2 years, we have never used the voice mail facility.
Last night we set it up and accessed her messages, as I wanted to leave a message and the box was full.

There were a number of nuisance calls, one of a threatening nature, we know who it was from, and in the first instance I want school to resolve.

I have been asked to find out, when the messages were left.

If they were made and left before the 26th November, would they have still been stored when she changed her number, and would they move when the contract upgraded?

I thought pressing the option to 'save' the message was the right thing to do, but as it had been left over 15 days ago, it was automatically deleted.

I would be grateful for your thoughts,
