    The Amazon website says:
    Great rates
    - 0% for 9 months on balance transfers (up to 2% balance transfer fee)
    - 0% for 6 months on purchases

Just found this review on the GM credit card it offers 0% for both Balance transfers and purchase for the first five months and their summer box says a fee of 2% of the amount of each Balance Transfer (minimum £5, maximum £50, no fee will be charged during your five month introductory period) and it gives you 56 days intrest free

Thanks for the advice. I've applied for an NSPCC card, but don't know if I have been accepted yet. I hope it's true and it has no BT fee. How long does it take to find out if you have been accepted? QUOTE]

I received an acceptance letter with 3 days - and the BT was done in 10 days.
  • On the NSPCC and guide dogs for blind there is a summary box which says " 2% BT fee on promtional rates except introductory offer".

Does anyone know if this is an introductory offer therefore not attracting a 2% fee?

You could create a +ve balance on the Egg Card and then ask them to BACS transfer this +ve balance to your current account.

Are you aware that this will attract a 2.5% uncapped BT fee?
  • I just took up Amazon & Bt fee free with them yesterday
