Looking for a decent food processor, Any recommendations?

Hiya

I'm looking to buy a decent food processor thats going to last. My previous two hand held russle hobb ones have both blown up!!!

I've been looking at the Kenwood Multi Pro FP735, Does anyone have this?

Only really using to make baby food and occaisional baking not really everyday use.

Any ideas appreciated

Thanks

We have Cuisinart, the small version which is really handy. The Cuisinart DLC-10S is a small food processor that can hold up to seven cups. It is powerful enough to knead bread dough with ease and is very easy to use and clean up. I don't know what is your budget, but I think it's worthwhile to save your pennies and shop for a good deal on a well rated Kitchen Aid or Cuisinart. When shopping for a food processor you can go through a shopping guide to get more opinions on Kenwood Multi Pro FP735.

My recommendation would be - don't! I have had a food processor in my cupboard for ages and it takes so much to get it out and then to clean it that I only use it very rarely!

What I have got is one of the miniature ones that is very useful for things like breadcrumbs, crumble toppings etc, and I have a full size blender for larger items - sounds like a mini one could be OK for you at least for the baby stuff.

Just my opinion - if you have room on worktop for it you might get a bit more use out of it.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Magimix, without a shadow of a doubt. They're not the cheapest but definitely the best I've ever used.
