If I go bankrupt how can I be paid as a Sole Trader? Can I have a business account of any sort? I am currently in a Partnership which I understand will be dissolved but surely I don't just get paid into a normal private bank account? I will need to trade under some kind of Business name!
Very confused - any advice welcome

Hi Tadsa
My understanding is that you will need to use an account that is in your name....as you will have to trade under. That way any payments from the `business` can be paid to your account.
I am not sure that you can take a `trading as` name.....this would mean you would need a bank account in that same name & that would be difficult...if not impossible.
