1. The contest and prize draw are open to UK residents only, excluding employees of Revlon International Corporation, Soup Ltd, and their respective affiliates, agents, representatives and immediate family members.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
3. The Promoter is Revlon International Corporation, Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London, NW1 7QX. The website is designed and hosted by Soup Ltd., St James' Mill, Whitefriars, Norwich, NR3 1TN.
4. No purchase is necessary. To be eligible, entrants must enter their details on the Ultimate Lip website http://www.revlonultimate.co.uk by 31 July 2009. The number of entries are not restricted, but there will be awarded no more than one prize per person.
5. Neither Soup Ltd., nor Revlon International Corporation shall be responsible for late, lost or delayed entries or network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that may restrict or delay entry into the prize draw.
6. The contest prize draw will take place by 10th August 2009 with a judging panel including members from Revlon International Corporation. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Personal Data. All entrants must register for the contest by giving their correct name and address, together with their email address. Entrants must acknowledge that they have read and agree to the provisions and consent to use of their personal information.
10. The winners must demonstrate proof of identity and age.
11. The winners must be prepared to cooperate with publicity arising as a result of winning. It is a condition of entry that the winners agree to the use of their name, photograph and video in publicity material and activities on and off line.
