    Blimey, my local branch wouldn't even open an account there. They "have" to send all their accts up north somewhere & I should get a reply in 10 days.

    Cheers! So for anyone that is discharged and who wants it back, you don't need the official £60 discharge certificate from the court, just take the stamped letter the OR sends you after discharge into your branch, get them to send it to their "Legal Matters" team and they should sort it out. Only took a day for my account to be updated and online banking started working again with exactly the same details as before (legal team said I'd probably need to reapply but I didn't).

    Hope this helps some of you who are still battling with it post discharge.

    The staff are allowed to open the Cash Card Accounts in branch now.

    They send the applications to Leeds to be precise.

    Congrat sieve! My complaint about online banking being withdrawn is still with Ombudsman so will let everyone know the outcome:-) MissC
