House sale in derbyshire advice?

Hi everyone,
just wanting some advice i put my house on the market two weeks ago with local estate agent and was wondering if you think the price is right? If the pictures look ok? basically any advice on what i can do to improve interest and saleability:) also how often should i phone them to check on whats going on at there end?

as a new user i cant add a link but if you go to right move and type in blackwell derbyshire it comes up as central drive, blackwell, alfreton:)

What did you buy it for and when, have you done any significant work to the property and what have similar properties gone for in the area.
Rule of thumb - if you're not getting them through the door the price is too high.0 -

Photos aren't great to be honest - makes the conservatory look cramped and the back garden looks untidy.

thanks for adding the link poppy10, yeah i do agree about the photos, they dont do the house justice to be honest!! its so much better hearing it from an outside opinion
It was valued at 116,000 middle of last year, so obviously prices have dropped since then but i'm hoping its a realistic price i think the lowest i'd possibly go is 95000 but that would be pushing it!!0
