Long bodied swimming costume, anyone?

BHS have stopped doing them, and I'm just over 5 ft tall, size 8-10, so the shops for bigger women are no use.
Any one got any suggestions, as normal lenght cozzies end up looking cutting me in half and looking very thong like! (I don't want padding, underwiring or anything else as there's nowt up top and I don't find them very comfortable, just a plain costume.)
Don't want to pay lots either, as it's actually for swimming in, not for posing on the beach.

Why not try a tankini instead?

I have taken to using them, for the same reasons as you, long body

try debenhams i am 5ft 10 and size 10 have real issues with finding long length but in debenhams they have some ranges which come in different length as do figleaves i think

Thanks for the suggestion but at just over 5ft, I'm guessing I'm not their target customer.
Think I'll head into town and have a scoot round debenhams and m&s - I don't know if I'm a weird shape generally, but I find swimming stuff really hard to find that looks ok when on, so I prefer to avoid online unless there's no choice.

That's fine but if you're after a longer body length then you'll find it there - they don't worry about how long your legs are!

Primark......believe it or not - bought a swimsuit with detachable halter strap. Very,Very nice for £10 (bit bright, poppy type flowers on it) but I could see when passing the display the bodies were long. I am 5'11. Normally buy from LTS but this swimsuit is heaps nicer and so much cheaper even more delighted when a 14 fitted a treat.

I opt for tankinis as trying on regular costumes makes me weep with frustration.

I get enough coverage that I still feel sensible when I'm swimming and I get a better choice than simply looking for longer length costumes. I don't really 'get' going to the local gym's swimming pool wearing a tiny bikini.

My last two have been made by Lepel. bit gutted when I bought mine from Figleaves and then saw it the other day in my Local tesco. When did they start selling other brand clothing?
