If you do your research you may find that they are a very poor outfit - putting aside the fact that any cashback deal would need to be with a more convincing dealer than this one is. Many have read at least as good - and then gone bust leaving thousands of customers high and dry.0

would you recommend dial a phone or mobiles.co.uk, they seem to have better offers than going direct through provider thank you for your help0

Dialaphone have been very good till now. I have got two contracts at the moment with them and both are cashback contracts and have had no problems at all. Cashback received within a week all times and they keep you updated as well.
But I I would say stay away from mobiles.co.uk as I have heard/read many horror stories about them.I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -
Mobiles is cpw. Dialaphone is now Phones4u. Phones4U and Mobiles2yourdoor (Phones4u) are currently (and for the last 18 months and more) by far the safest bet with the best deals, apart from the odd one from cpw companies which are now higher risk and more hasle - though finally they are improving somewhat.
In any case, never do any cashback deal unless you know what you're doing and follow the groundrules:-

Used Beepy at Christmas for two cashback deals and got the money back without any problems although did go for the less risky "instant" deals where you get all your cashback after 30 days. Also got £40 Quidco on each deal. Also have used Dialaphone with no problems and E2SAVE/OSPS which were OK untill the last year or so but now have to hassle them for payment although they have paid up in the end.0

Is this based on reliable evidence? Other than the fact that their name is somewhat unconvincing.
I'm also looking at deals offered by Dialaphone, Mobiles.co.uk and Affordable. I previously had a bad experience with Dialaphone, they sent the wrong colour phone, twice, then said they no longer provided the colour I ordered. Their customer service department were hopeless compared to the efficiency of their sales department!
I probably never learn having purchased from Coolnewmobile a few years ago and lost £300 in unpaid cashback when they went bust!0 -
I know all about Coolnewmobile and many others. It's based on even the smallest of research and a careful reading of what they say about themselves combined with general experience. If you need "reliable evidence", buy from them to obtain it. Though even that is precarious - many people found Coolnewmobile to be fine until the dealer got into trouble.0
