Hi All
i am in the process of claiming financial harship with A & L, and they are now threatening me with court action and a CCJ unless i pay the £572 outstanding balance within the next 7 days, can they do this? should i try and raise the money and pay it off, then claim it back? (note i can probably just about do this) or should i put a counter claim in against them?

Andy, make them aware that if they do take you to court, you will counter claim for the charges.0 -
