Hi guys,
I have an interview for a graduate position within a finanical services company.
Was just wondering what types of questions I should ask the interviewers? Do i mention salary or avoid it all together? ANy help would be greatly appreaciated!

Don't mention salary unless they bring it up - if they ask you what you expect say that you expect it to be competitive in regards to the industry. Though try and find out what that figure is if they really press you for it - then if it is say 18k say in the range 17-19k. Though it is much better not to talk about salary at all.
What type of financial services company is it? this could affect which questions
Ask the interviewer about how they joined the company and what the best parts of his job are

Ask the interviewer "if you had a friend who was suitably qualified, would you reccomend that they work for this company?" any hesitation, and you might want to think twice if they offer the job to you.

I always used to like 'what's great about working here' and 'why do you like the job'. Questions about development is good as it shows you're interested in long-term development, maybe couple it with asking the interviewer how they happened to join the company and get to where they are today.0
