My house is listed as a flat on Nethouse Prices

Hi,

I bought a house last year, and I have just looked it up on Nethouse Prices and Houseprices and its listed as a flat?! All the other exactly the same houses on the street are listed as a house.

Will this be a problem in the future and if so how do i get it changed??

Can`t see that they`ll be a problem, they only tell you what a property sold for and only go back 5 years.
If you`re still concerned why not contact them and tell them to get their facts right.

I think this is quite common, all the houses on my street are semis but next door to me is listed as a flat. I don't think it makes any difference to prices etc.

ive noticed by me estate agents call end terrace houses, semi detached, i suppose in reality they are only conected from the one side but surely semi means half a house

they all use Land Registry data. It's best to contact the Land Registry and tell them it's wrong, so that filters through to all of them. It won't matter except if a future buyer were looking up how much you paid they might think there was something odd about the house and that maybe it had been converted at some point.
