Not sure where this should go.?

Hello, I normally hang about in the PPI reclaim thread abusing Lloyds TSB but today I have a different problem.

I recieved a shock windfall and invested it in a computer training course online, I was informed that the course I wanted was not ready yet and that I could do a free course while I waited. Since then the course has not arrived and the company has closed down. I paid £1950 to do this course and feel really let down, they have arranged for me to do the other course elsewhere but not the one I wanted. Can you tell me what my rights are now as it has been less than a month and I paid for it by visa debit card and if I am not able to do the course then I would like to do something else with the money.

thanks
Aggy

Cannot offer you any advice regarding courses or what course to now take but as you paid company by visa debit card and company as you say have closed down and taken your money you should get your money back.
    contact your bank.
