FlyBe charging to sit down???

I'm sure there is a way to do it, but I can't get their software to stop charging me £6 for a seat. I don't mind which seat.
I have tried 'continue' without touching anything & it still adds £6.
So I tried (with another booking) 'accept seats' (without altering anything) & still it added the charge.
I can't see what else I can do..............so it must be very obvious!!
What am I doing wrong please?

I think it pre-selects a seat for you so if you press "Continue" you will accept that seat.

Try pressing the "Clear selected seats" or "Re-allocate" (I can't remember what it's called) so that nothing is selected, then press "Continue". You should get a warning pop-up - something like "There are unallocated seats - continue anyway?".

Odd, it's working this morning. Yes, 'Continue' should bring up another option box but yesterday the site was going straight to the next page adding £6. - Just now the box appeared giving me the choice.
Even more oddly, their site admin responded quickly!
