Went BR last Friday

Hello everybody, went to court on Friday morning, quite surreal in a way and all done very smoothly, went in a 9.45am had signed the forms and paid the fee and sworn the oath by 9.55, before the Clerks office had officially opened, around 10.10 was taken upstairs and stood for five minutes watching wigs walk past and people sat talking to their lawyers, after a few minutes the Clerk came out asked me to follow her back downstairs and whilst walking downstairs calmly told me the judge had agreed and i was now bankrupt, just a short wait for the order to be typed out and i was out of court by 10.30.

Then a short walk across the city centre to the ORs office, was asked a few basic questions and told that my telephone interview will be in around 10 days time, out by 11.10am........then it was off to work.

Told the OR that my Cashminder account I have had for a while doing nothing, I have arranged for wages etc to go into, did not seem to think that would be a problem, so overall not as daunting as it may appear, and wish I had done it sooner......just hope I still think that after the OR interview.

Hello and welcome it is a good bunch here in fact a very good bunch. not all of us felt quite the same way as you and they the comunity here are such a help they really are Hope all goes well with the or what part of the country are you?

Hi, I`m glad all went well. I take it you mean your interview is Friday the 19th June.

It will all be fine...remember no waffling.
