Blocking bidders

Is there a way you could for example, block all bidders with less than 80% feedback. I've just noticed one of my bidders has 72% feedback from only 11 purchases. Or can you do a search on users with low feedbacks??
Thanks

I think eBay only allows you to block bidders with a score of -1 or less.

You can always cancel the bids yourself, if you want.

Maybe this person just had some bad luck with his previous auctions. The feedback score doesn't tell the whole story. A lot of eBayers make mistakes when they start off, so check out your bidder's auction history and look into the things he's bought/sold. Has he dealt with people who have ripped him off and left negative feedback as revenge when he complained, for example?

Newbies are easy targets for malicious eBayers, so don't be too harsh on them. We all have to start somewhere, and this is why eBay doesn't want the site to become an exclusive club for those with a certain level of feedback.

Does the block bidder thing actually work? I've blocked bidders before who have still managed to bid on my stuff again.

A user cannot bid on your auction if he has previouly been added to your blocked bidders list, it is an automated thing and I have heard no other reports of people saying the system has failed.

However, what they can do is re register with a similar name and bid using that, then the system would allow it. I had a problem bidder on one of my lesser id's, he wasn't the brightest of kids (definitely one sandwich short of a picnic). He got banned on one id which was something like sexyguy (I made that up), so re registered as sexyguy2, got banned with that so opened sexyguy3 and when I pulled his bid and emailed him to say I would keep reporting him to ebay, he whined that I must have hacked the system to know it was still him!

OK, he has bid on my auctions more than once after he's been blocked. It is the same user name and the same feedback. He is also sending abusive messages through ebay so I have reported him now and hopefully they will do something about it.
