Selling without an estate agent

Anyone got experience of this? Recommendations of website? Costs of respective sites Vs popularity? Whether any have links to the main ones (Primelocation & Rightmove) etc etc

Rightmove doesn't accept adverts from anyone other than EAs, so you'll need to hire either an 'online' agent or a high-street one.
Primelocation - situation unknown, but I've never seen any evidence of private adverts therein.
What's your reason for wanting to sell without an EA?0 -
Googler is right. The big property portals do not allow adverts from private sellers. However, there are some internet "agents" that will charge a small fee and rightmove etc, is included in their services. I would recommend doing a search on google.
It doesn't really matter how popular the site is because most people will simply use rightmove anyway.0 -

Used them three times, not for a while now but was very happy with the service received. They're on rightmove and I'm sure they're on findaproperty, primelocation, propertyfinder etc too - you can check, it has them all on the website.
They won't hold your hand but if you think of it like selling by yourself but with a little extra help and advertising in the right places, it's perfect. Floorplans, 360 degree views, you get more on the web than you'll get with most agents. To be honest, I found them virtually no different from an "average" high street agent (in terms of performance) Just an awful lot cheaper
