Benefit Bad Gal Mascara

I bought Glamour magazine with this as a freebie and I can honestly say this is easily the worst mascara I have ever used, I usually have lash extensions but don't have them in at the moment when I used to wear mascara I preferred Estee Lauder Magnascopic or Collection 2000 all day wear (sorry cant remember the exact name).

Has anyone else tried this and ended up very underwhelmed and with severe panda eyes?
Thank you for this site Martin

Yeah, I put it on this morning - it's distinctly average, in my opinion. I didn't get panda eyes though.

I grabbed this freebie as I'd heard it was the waterproof one (& didn't check).
I've used badgal in the past & it was much better. Maybe it needs to mix around in the tube better?

I've never used Benefit masacara but have used their concealers, which I quite liked? When it comes to mascara I usually go for L'Oreal cos of the quality and I get mine really cheaply from beautyrocket.co.uk who always seem to have a good selection as well as lots of other cosmetics at really cheap prices.

7 posts and you've mentioned this company in every single one. Do you work for them at all?

Of course there is nothing wrong with passing on tips for money saving - but when you mention them in every post, and don't engage in any other discussion on a site, people may suspect you are a spammer.

I have tried BadGal mascara in the past and thought it was rubbish...not even worth the £2 for the magazine.

I do like YSL mascara but have found Rimmel and Maybeline do perfectly acceptable ones for around £5 which are much better then the Benefit one.

    I didn't like it.

I try loads of mascaras but always end up going back to Loreal errmmm the 'pyramid' shaped one, in waterproof. (with the little comb)

Wow, am I the only one that loved it? So much so I've been searching my local town for more copies of the magazine (Alas I think the teens may have snaffled all the copies of it!).

I thought it was great, never tried it before now as it's too pricey but it made my lashes look thick, didn't irritate my eyes (as most do) and didn't melt off even after a whole days wear with my specs on which normally cause mascara to melt off.
