Court Fees Exemption Form

Another daft question, sorry.

Do I take it along completed or not? I have supporting evidence, (tax credit letter, child benefit letter and DH's tax return) and a print-out of the guidelines which say our family income is under the threshold.

Will the form be taken by a clerk and processed or will I have to have the £150 cash on the day and have it refunded later?
