1) All entrants must be over 18 at the time of entry and a resident in the UK.
2) No purchase is necessary.
3) Winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid and completed entries and carried out under the supervision of an independent observer.
4) The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative.
5) Entries must be received no later than 12 June 2009 11.59pm.
6) Only one entry per valid email address is permitted. Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
7) Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified.
8) No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent due to technical or any other reason, or for any charge by the senders network for repeat entries.
9) All entries become and remain the property of the promoter.
10) By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and agree that the winner agrees that their name and county of residence may be released if they win a prize, and consent to any post-event publicity.
11) Employees of VisitScotland, Scottish Yacht Charter, Isle of Eriska Hotel, Spa and Island and the London Evening Standard or their affiliated companies, their families, cohabitants, agents or anyone else connected with the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
12) London Evening Standard and VisitScotland reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
13) The winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the competition closing. The results of the free prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) The prizewinners name and county of residence can be obtained by sending a SAE within 14 days following the free prize draw to VisitScotland, London Evening Standard Competition, Ocean Point, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh, EH6 6JH
15) Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet web site of email address, including but limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this free prize draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
16) The prize consists of a one night stay at Isle of Eriska Hotel, Spa and Island with dinner in the restaurant on the night of arrival and breakfast the following morning. Accommodation will be based on two people sharing a double or twin room and is subject to availability. The prize also includes a two day/one night break with Scottish Yacht Charter with accommodation overnight on Scottish Yacht Charter's vessel 'Shingleback'. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on board but prize winners will be required to cover costs of dinner taken ashore.
17) The prize must be taken before 11 October 2009 and is subject to availability
