Primary Teaching job, South Lanakshire Council. Help?

Hi, I am coming to the end of my probation year in a primary school in south lanarkshire council. I applied for a job for next year and recieved my letter today. The letter said i was impressive and will be considered for jobs if they come up in August.

Has anyone got any knowledge of the process from now on and is there a realistic chance of getting a job?
