Worried about Ryanair booking

On 7th of April, I booked a flight to France (for September) for myself and my wife. Although I've flown with Ryanair regularly over the years, it was my first booking since they scrapped the check-in desks. I was careful to fill in all the details correctly for the online check-in and for the bagage.
Since then, we have decided to take our son and his girlfriend with us so today I booked another couple of tickets on the same flights as we booked. Although the flight prices were the same, the total was £10 higher. when I looked I discovered that back in 7/4 I had only been charged £10 in online check-in fees but this time I was charged £20.
I'm worried that I've not paid enough for the first booking and will expereince trouble when printing off the boarding cards before I fly in September.
I know that their website forms have changed between the two bookings. With the second booking today, the online booking charge x4 was auotmatically applied but I remember from the first booking that things were slightly different.
Can anyone think of a good reason why the charges have changed from 7th April and is there any way to find out if I've underpaid? What is the best way to contact Ryanair to find out?
Thanks,

Check in charges changed for bookings made from the 20th of May. No need for worry.0

Ryanair (unlike the UK government!) are good with this sort of thing - they honour the original price paid, even if the price at the time of flying is higher.
Completely unlike the shock APD rise which caused significant amounts of people to pay more to fly in the UK at the airport. From Poland...with love.
They are (they're) sitting on the floor.
Their books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.0
