A Couple of things - Italy and France

Hi,
I have a couple of questions, hopefully someone can help me out.
Going on a mini tour of Italy this summer, I have booked my carhire through netflights, but I wanted to slightly change the drop off location from Naples to Civitavecchia(Rome), however the car hire place have said I can't do that unless I cancel the booking for a fee of 50quid and rebook, but if I do this they are going to charge me 100quid extra for the new booking. Can anyone tell me the alternatives of getting to Civitavecchia from Naples....Would it be train or bus? Obviously looking for the cheapest way to travel.
Also, Im stopping off at Paris on my way to Italy, (it was a lot cheaper to do it this way) But flying into Paris Beauvais, now I know this isn't technically in Paris. Can anyone advise me on the best way of getting to Paris from Beauvais. Again I'm looking for the cheapest options. Would it be train, bus, metro etc.
Thank you
Amelia ; )

Naples to Rome is easy on the train - just booked one yesterday for 18.50 euros single. Not sure about getting from Central Rome (Termini) to Civitavecchia but look on www.trenitalia.com for train info.0

taken from the Paris Beauvais Airport WebsiteFrom PARIS (Porte Maillot) To PARIS/BEAUVAIS
The departure from Paris is located at the bus park on the Boulevard Pershing, near the hotel Concorde Lafayette (Access map).
Show up 3 hours 15 before your flight departure time.
The tickets - 13 Euros cash only / one way - must be purchased directly on the bus. From PARIS/BEAUVAIS To PARIS (Porte Maillot)
At Paris-Beauvais airport, every service leaves approximatively 20 mn after each flight arrival.
The tickets - 13 Euros cash only / one way - must be purchased at the bus ticket sale point, outside the airport.
Doesn't seem to mention any train/metro connections on their website so this is probably the best optionCambridgeshire Based Photographer

Thats great....Just wondering if anyone knew any other ways to get to Paris, like liking up with the metro or something.
is it about a 1.5hour trip from the airport to central Paris?
