Just charging up right now so will let you know tomorrow! I read lots of reviews on Amazon site that were very positive so perhaps check those out?

A very good brush that holds charge for a loooog time and even after the recharge indicator goes blink blink. Got this model near about christmas when my faithful oral-b gave up the ghost after almost 5 years!

Used this today and very impressed - have used more expensive models in past ( Sonicare) and this feels just as good for £24!

i'm a dental hygienist and i recommend this brush all the time! it has a pressure sensor, the same speed as the Triumph, holds it's charge for 14 days and has a timer. Fab all round brush and for £25 a total bargain!

I've got one of these, bought from boots on special last year, so would definitely recommend. It cleans teeth really well.

Just thought i would let you know that I have just picked one of these up for £20.79 in my local sainsburys. It was half the original price and i am pretty sure it is nationwide.:rotfl:

Thanks for the info on Sainsbury's. Just picked up a couple.

I also came across a pack of 4 'Precision Clean' heads on offer in Superdrug for £7.17

What is the difference between the 8000 and the 8500? Which is best?
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

I have the 8000 as well, does anybody manage to get 14 days use out of theirs between charges because I can't
Mind you I think this figure must be based on cleaning your teeth for 2 minutes twice aday. I go past the 2 minute timer about 3 times.
I just wish you could fix the charger to the wall.
