Bond been returned after repossesion - Renting

Hi,

I have recently been evicited from a rented property due to landlord not paying his mortgage.
It all happenend pretty fast as I had three weeks to move once the eviction order came through

TA agreed that no more rent should be paid. I found a place and moved in last week after all credit checks were passes with new TA
Whilst all this was going on I was in email contact with previous TA about returning the deposit she said they still would have to do a inspection but after I left, The day I finished moving my stuff was the day the lock were changed (a hour before) on Weds 20th . I never got any answer to my emails or calls with what to do with keys so I have waiting to be posted off or dropped in.

I have again left email and messages with TA asking what to do about getting my bond back but still no answer.
I know they have put my bond in a secure scheme but what are the steps I need to get it back, how likely am I to get it back with it been a eviction (I dont know how I was expected to clean at the same time as packing, finding a new place).
What steps should I take next?

Thanks
Andy

Stop using e-mail and the telephone for communication as you need a paper trail. Write a recorded delivery letter or go into the letting agents office in person. Also contact whoever the bond is lodged with for advice on their procedure.
