Thomas Cook branches for exchange

Online Thomas Cook won't let you order foreign currency unless your transaction exceeds £100. Does the same apply in branches?

Just got some Euros from a Thomas Cook branch and would advise people to avoid them.

The advertised rate was 1.109, but they exchanged at 1.066 without telling me the rate first. There was no notification of lower rates if you exchange below a certain amount.

I also had a 1% cashback voucher but only got £0.13 cashback, not £0.78 which would have been 1%. Again there was nothing in the terms and conditions to say it would be much lower than 1%
