Lloyds TSB 2nd Letter

Hi All,
I sent off my claim a few weeks back and received a letter from the TSB saying they were looking into my complaint and would be back in touch within 4 weeks. Today I received a letter, pretty standard but basically I think it is saying I'll have to wait until the court case in June to see what happens.
There was a paragraph however, that reads as follows:
"We want to help our customers if the are in financial difficulty or hardship. So tha twe can see if there's anything we can do we've sent a copy of your letter to our Collections team. This is because they can help you review your finances to see if there's anything we can do to help. They can also discuss a variety of repayment solutions tailored to your needs."
The accounts these charges I am trying to claim for are part of a DMP I am in and are being handled by a collections team on behalf of the TSB - would this be where they have sent my letter? Also, I'm not sure I understand what they mean by 'tailored repayment solutions'??
Would it be worth me replying to them and saying that if they do refund the money I will be using it to pay off some of the debts I have with them? I'm not sure where to go from here, so any advice is gratefully received....

Hi There, I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say "I think they are right as you have a DMP" - do you think they are going to try and offer me another loan to repay them? I'm already making regular monthly payments to them via my DMP and I doubt I'd get a loan from them anyway because my credit rating isn't great.
I just wondered if it was worth me replying to their letter to let them know that I would be paying the reclaimed fee's towards what I owe them already?0 -
Not really, the DMP means that you are repaying your creditors and technically means that you are not seen as being in financial hardship.. If you have arrears outside of the DMP then yes, give those details to the bank.0
