I need to come up with a legal agreement between myself and another person where I guarantee to make payments to them for the next six years or so.The amount will be a one off lump sum followed by monthly payments. Can anyone suggest anywhere I can access some sort of legal template for this? It is a child maintenance agreement, unfortunatly I can't afford to get a soliciter, and I assume it must be quite a standard agreement?
