I just had a message. Hi I bought your blue item xxx and when it arrived it was blue but I rather expected it to be black, I'm returning it for a full refund'.

Listing title was 'blue xxx', item specifics stated blue and description said blue.

' I didn't realise it wasnt brand new'

    At least its not a

    'Please refund me in full'

'But you need to return it for a refund'

'What?!?!?!?!?! You're an eBay Scammer I'm going to the FBI!'

'Please return for a refund: No shop on the high street on online refunds without a return. We're more than happy to help'

    [Files not as described dispute]
