Tips on buying a new electric boiler with radiators please

I do not have access to mains gas, and am thinking of installing an Electric boiler with radiators through my house. It is approx £100,000 in value has three bedrooms with a converted fourth in the attic.
It seems a minefield and I am unsure as to which company offers the best deals, or indeed where to go to for advice, and just how much roughly this is going to cost me?
I presently have storage heaters but hate them with a passion. They only seem to get warm when you don`t need them
Any advice is gratefully received. Thank you.

Without question heating with an electric boiler and radiators - along with any electrical heating - is the most expensive form of heating available.
The exception being a heat pump system - again loads of info on these in this section.
