Well I just checked my order and its at the delivery stage.

Mrs Tpaz just called to say someone had just rang for me (but my daughter answered) so hopefully that was Dell asking when they can deliver.

I would imagine the warranty applied to all of the items i.e. 1 year

If you buy a Dell monitor on it's own they give it a 3 year warranty, but oddly enough if it comes as part of a system they only give the monitor the same warranty as the other system components, so in this case you would only have a one year warranty

Had an email saying my order was cancelled...emailed them back, alas; no repsonse atm...looks like I need to go higher

Dear Customer,

Dell records reflect that order has been cancelled due to some pricing issue hence will not be able to reinstate the order. Please contact our sales department at 0870 907 4000 to place order. I apologize that I am not able to assist you with this issue directly.

I ordererd mine at 7.34 am, 17/03 and i got the pdf 50mins later.Ordererd just the one, ( as always, wish i'd ordererd more)
recieved it the following tuesday late afternoon/eve.

Its very surprising on what criteria dell had used to allow some orders at £345 to succeed and while others were cancelled, unfortunately I was on the latter.

Replied back to the cancellation email….but no response as of yet.

If you don’t mind me asking.. how are planning to approach this matter?
So that I could take this issue further…any help would be appricated!!!

Received order confirmation 19/03 PM.
Delivered 23/3
