Upto £700 to spend on a 42" Plasma TV

Hi, looking at buying a new TV and seen the following two, can anyone advise if they are worth the money and the quality of the TV's:-

Panasonic 42x10 from john lewis with price match against richer sounds £619 including 5 yr warranty go for it !!

I have a Panasonic th42PZ80 (with Panasonic PZ means it's hi def and PX means hi def ready. I bought mine some time ago, and it has been superceded but were I you I'd either buy whichever TV I like the look of at somewhere like M&S or John Lewis where 5 years warranty is free with the TV, or I'd look for one of these th42px80s. I found one site advertising it at £ 599 - Laskys or RGB Direct I think.
