Does anyone partner's on here suffer the same or even you might? My husband has suffered with this for just over 7 years now. He was having Cognitive Behavioural Therapy on a private one to one and he was doing really well at times and has after a year finally given up the sessions. He has been really bad this week and I don't know what to do for him......He keep's analysing everything he thinks about and say's he can't picture images in his head He can't sleep as it stops him from sleeping. He has been on medications but they have terrible side affects. I'm just wondering where I can get help and advice being the wife of a sufferer to help him?????????

Could you ask him what techniques he was taught in CBT?
Also Rethink.org might have details of places to get support?0
