Shampoo & Conditioner sachets

Hi, just thought I'd share an idea I had today...
You know those lovely little sachets of shampoo etc that come in magazines and as free samples? I always have the best of intentions about using them up but somehow they manage to sink to the bottom of my bathroom drawers or get put to the back of the cupboard and don't get used.
So I've made up two little pots by covering some plastic containers; one for shampoo, one for conditioner, and I'm filling them with the leftover sachets I have. That way I know I won't have to buy any more full sized bottles while I still have some sachets to use, and it keeps my bathroom decluttered!

Good idea. I always pop a few into my toilet bag so if I have to dash off anywhere at short notice I've got everything I need. I keep a toilet bag ready stocked with all the necessaries .......you never knowMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

I do the same. I work away for 6 weeks spread over the year so I stock them up for then. Saves having to decant shampoo etc or buying small ones. Also less messy as they won't explode/burst/leak!

I do that with all beauty samples. I also keep the shampoo miniature bottles from hotels, so I can fill them again with my own when I go away for a short break, or even face-wash or moisturiser. It saves on weight in the suitcase! Also, it has allowed me to take only hand luggage when flying, if I go away for a few days only, as full-sized bottles would have to be in the hold. :O)0

I save all of my samples and keep them for our camping trips. i get soaps shampoo make up tooth paste etc anything that's free or good value paying postal charge. Then when OH and my son go fishing my daughter and I have fun with the makeup and then hit the shower block with samples of lovely smelly stuff I'd never actually buy.slowly going nuts at the world:T0
