was earning 14,345 with bonus- end of yr bonus etc.
actual earned is 18,077


will i have been overpayed.

know confused and worried ill have to pay back a vast amount of money?

As long as you haven't lowered your estimated income figure through the year you shouldn't have an overpayment for 08/09. But you need to make sure TCO have you 2009/10 because this will be the same figure they are using for your provisional payments in 09/10 which means you may currently be receiving overpayments.
