DWP - feedback after unsuccessful interviews

Hi there,
First of all apologies for yet another DWP related thread. Hopefully someone can help.
I recently had an unsuccessful interview for a Benefits Delivery Officer position so I'm going to write to the HR department to try and get some feedback.
I was wondering if anyone else on here had done the same and what type of response they got? Did you get a list of competencies back with scores next to them?
The reason I ask is because I've been called back for another interview with the DWP, so I'd like to see where I went wrong first time around and hopefully not make the same mistakes twice.
