Baking / Cooking Chocolate

Would anyone have some good tips to buy good quality dark/milk/white chocolate in bulk for baking/cooking ? Preferably online.

Thank you.

The brands to look out for if you're wanting to buy good chocolate for baking are things like Callebaut and Valrhona. If you google them you can find cheap suppliers, especially places that sell chocolate fountains etc.

It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice

i only make basic chocolate things with my kids like rich crispie cakes etc... and i find the asda value stuff is just fine... doesnt have that cheap taste. but if you were doing something posh then maybe it is worth paying a little more???? try it though

  • I buy fairtrade only, but have not been able to buy in bulk online yet. Stock up when there is a special deal on in the supermarkets. As soon as I find something reasonable, will be posting it here!
