Aquanatal classes - either ask midwife or call the local pools to see if anyone is doing these classes.
Yoga etc - ask at the fitness centres and Midwife... Where I live there is nothing - I have to drive 25 mins for the nearest place that does any yoga classes :(

Have a look on netmums.com . They'll list everything that's going on in your area and they have a Meet-a-Mum forum where you can others women who live near you. It's a real lifeline imho.

  • St Mary's used to do antenatal classes, and also at Lake Road Health Centre, but I am going back many years lol!
Your doctors surgery will be able to tell you about current ones.
Well I can't stand by the side

  • I should have edited, but it was relaxation classes they did at St Marys. I remember they used to be on a thursday and were really nice, hope they still do them now.
