Aquanatal classes - either ask midwife or call the local pools to see if anyone is doing these classes.
Yoga etc - ask at the fitness centres and Midwife... Where I live there is nothing - I have to drive 25 mins for the nearest place that does any yoga classesDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
My DFW Diary - blah- mildly funny stuff about my journey0 -
Have a look on netmums.com . They'll list everything that's going on in your area and they have a Meet-a-Mum forum where you can others women who live near you. It's a real lifeline imho.Worry is like a rocking chair - it keeps you busy but it gets you nowhere.
